Robert has been awarded designations from the American Society of Appraisers in 1988 and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2014, founded in 1868. He has served as an expert witness for the State of Maryland, Attorney General's Office in regard to residential valuation.
His testimony has been upheld by the State's Highest Court- The Special Court of Appeals .
Additional designations awarded were: the SRA designation in 1989, no longer held and the RAA designation in 2012, no longer held.
He has served as the the President of the Maryland Chapter of the American Society of Appraisers. An Esteemed Member of the International Board of Examiners, and a Past Deputy State Director are additional positions held within the ASA .
